WATER TREATMENT CLASSES
I am Richard Dillon and I have held many jobs, being a chief chemist and attended college for this position. I have also obtained my double A water and wastewater treatment plant operators license. My position as operations manager with a solid background in collections and distributions gives me the background to offer classes in water. I have 35 years of experience in water treatment. I was a volunter with the FWPCOA for many years in Broward County, Florida.
